What happened to the Himeko Chicken name?
When we opened our second location in Monrovia, we changed our name to Teri & Yaki. It is easier to pronounce, easier to remember, and describes our food better. Despite a name change, we have the same owners and same high quality food.
Why do you weight your chicken and side dishes?
Consistency: we want to provide a consistent experience every time you dine with us.
Training: It is much easier for us to train our staff.
Do you have trans-fat in your food?
No, we use trans-fat free canola salad oil and soybean oil.
Does your food have MSG?
NO.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. Teri & Yaki gift certificates can be purchased at any of our locations. A great gift for any occasion!
Do you franchise?
Not at this time.
Why are you closed on Sunday?
A day of rest for our staff, some family time, and a chance for people to attend church.
